Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: Can I leave at any time?
Absolutely! You sign up to a rolling monthly contract when you join The Growth Lounge. You can request cancellation at any time and it will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period. There is no minimum commitment.
Question 2: Can I change clubs at any time?
You sure can...if you wish to upgrade (or indeed downgrade) you just need to email [email protected] and we can arrange that for you. The changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Question 3: Am I able to pay upfront for a years membership to get a discount?
Not currently I'm afraid!
Question 4: How do I access the membership once I've joined?
We have a dedicated members area where you will access all trainings. You will receive your login as soon as you sign up. Our community is hosted in a private facebook group.
